Jim McGannon
Sr. Vice President, Human Resources Jim joined Sarnova in 2012 and oversees multiple HR functions including cultural engagement, DEI, mergers and acquisitions integration, talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, legal compliance, and talent acquisition & retention. Prior to Sarnova, Jim held multiple positions of increasing responsibility with great companies like The May Company, Toys “R” Us, The Gap, Schottenstein Stores, and Shiseido. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration – Human Resources Management/Personnel from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor of Science – Marketing from Indiana University. |
